BCM Austin Trip 2008
The Austin Mission Trip was held from December 13th to December 18th. The team of participating students led a worship service for over 300 homeless people in Austin on Monday night at the Woodlawn Baptist Church at Austin.  The church brought them in from local shelters by bus. After a meal the LSU BCM led the worship service as the men and women boarded the buses to leave they were given coats, blankets, towels, and other items. Twenty-five of the men and women in attendance confessed Christ as Savior. Seventy-five of them rededicated their life to the Lord.

The team visited a special park of Christmas decoration with the college students of the Woodlawn Baptist Church.
 
The LSU BCM team helped the University of Texas Baptist Student Ministry with their transitions ministry efforts from Monday to Wednesday of the mission trip.
